The good news is that they are not neons which are only to be used in soap making products but because they are so bright some buyers call them neon I guess thats the best way to describe the bright colors. Our shades are all made with ingredients that are approved for the eyes. Our eyeshadow blends have Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide, Tin Oxide, with are all approved for the eyes none of our blends contain any talc and they not tested on animals.
